Pastor Massenburge is the visionary and founder of New Beginnings Outreach Ministries since its inception in October 2002. He is personable, touchable, and lives to be an example to those who know him.

He was born through the union of Melvin and Annie Massenburge. Born again, at the age of eight, he grew spiritually inhis ministry; drummer, youth leader, Sunday school teacher, wherever God would use him. On July 31, 1993, he found a “good thing,” in Joy Blackmon Massenburge. Together they have two children, Mikaila and Trevor, their spouses, a growing number of grandchildren, and a daughter-of-the-heart, Lotteice.
