ACFW-DFW was pleased to host multi-published author, Toni Shiloh, Saturday, October 9, 10:30 AM – noon, CST discussing “Writing With Diversity.” 
 
Our writing should reflect the diversity around us. In this session, attendees discussed why representation matters and the transformative power of reading diverse fiction. Her presentation touched on how to write characters of differing ethnic backgrounds and how to celebrate our characters’ uniqueness without falling into stereotypes. 
 
As is current practice for our online meetings, registration was through Ticketleap.

Guests may attend these meetings for free for the first two visits. After that, per ACFW National guidelines, guests must become national and local members for continued participation.
